Before joining E&I in September 2021, Tina worked on projects and taught across different higher education institutions in Germany, including Leuphana University, Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University Karlsruhe and Mainz University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, she helmed the India operations of a global management consultancy in Mumbai and worked as a marketing strategy and brand management consultant with MNCs and startups as well as in the creative industries in India and China. Tina holds a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Mannheim (Diplom-Kauffrau) and spent time studying at the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Tina’s research focuses on open and user innovation and she teaches as part of the E&I Business Planning project cour­se this se­mes­ter. Welcome to the team!
