We are looking for reinforcement at the: 

  • Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation

  • Part-time, 30 hours/week

  • From 02.09.2024 limited to 31.12.2026.

What to expect:

  • Opportunity for a dissertation in the fields of Open & User Innovation or Entrepreneurship

  • Support in planning and conducting high-quality, practice-relevant research projects (as part of the dissertation)

  • Access to an international network of top researchers (e.g., Harvard Business School, MIT, Copenhagen Business School, WHU)

  • Participation in international research conferences (e.g., AoM Annual Conference)

  • Close supervision and intensive research dialogue within the team

  • Close cooperation with renowned companies (e.g., Festo, Porsche, Varta, Rewe, etc.) in research and teaching

  • Design and implementation of interactive teaching formats (problem-based learning)

  • Dynamic, open, and highly motivated team

What you bring:

  • Completed diploma or master's degree in business administration (or related fields)

  • Interest in researching the business implications of new technologies such as AI and digital platforms

  • Knowledge of empirical social research/statistical methods

  • Experience in project management/stakeholder management is desirable

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent German and English language skills

  • Willingness to act independently and entrepreneurially
