• You can apply as Head of a department or as a team member 

• You have to be an E&I student or alumni to be able to apply 

• You want to join the Club for a minimum of 1 semester 

Our departments: 

Partner & Alumni Relations 

• You network to establish strong connections with corporate partners and E&I alumni 

• You track the companies you reached out to and the workshops conducted for future events 

• You strive for paid partner events and establish long-lasting corporate relations 

• You create communication channels for E&I students to connect with alumni 

• You identify the most valuable E&I alumni for our network and reach out to them  

• You keep alumni up-to-date of current news from our community 

Events 

• You organize events with corporates, start-ups, VCs, etc. for the E&I community  

• You organize informal get-togethers for current E&I students and alumni 

• You develop a timeline for the events and communicate them to the community 

• You take care of all organizational work related to events (location, food, drinks, budget, registrations, informing all participants, etc.) 

Marketing & Communications 

• You promote and communicate news and E&I events to our community  

• You make use of a variety of different promotion channels (e.g. social media) as well as communication channels 

• You come up with creative formats that increase the awareness for the E&I club, its events as well as the E&I network 

• You have a passion for marketing/design/community management
