This summer, Richard Olbrecht (researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation) was part of the faculty team of the joint international summer university (ISU) in Russia. The program, which was organized in cooperation between the University of St. Petersburg and WU Vienna, focused on the highly relevant topics of strategy, innovation and new business development. Besides classical lectures and interactive elements like group discussions or case studies, the participants of the ISU also had to pursue a real life project for the multinational corporation Yandex, which is also often referred to as the Google of Russia.

Overall, it was a highly successful summer university with many intensive working sessions but also a lot of fun.
