Shtefi Mladenovska wins the PDMA JPIM Doctoral Dissertation Proposal Competition (runner-up)

Shtefi Mladenovska, PhD candidate and teaching and a research assistant at the E&I institute, has received the 2^nd place in the doctoral dissertation proposal competition organized by the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) and the Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM).

JPIM is a leading academic journal dedicated to the latest research, theory, and practice in new product and service development. The journal organizes this competition to support doctoral students in developing original and impactful research in these areas.

This year, approximately 20 doctoral dissertation proposals were evaluated through a double-blind review process by prominent scholars in innovation and new product/service development. In recognition of her dissertation proposal, which was prepared under the supervision of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, Shtefi received an award endowed with a $2,000 cash prize provided by PDMA. The award ceremony took place on September 16, 2023 at the JPIM Research Forum, held at the Hilton Riverside Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana.
