At the recent ISPIM Connects Conference in Salzburg (December 10 – 12, 2023), a leading European Conference on Innovation Management and Education, Benjamin Monsorno, researcher and lecturerer at the E&I institute, presented his best practices on how to leverage the full potential of (and for) external stakeholders in entrepreneurial education by showing the case of the award-winning E&I project course “Industry & Innovation”, sponsored by eXplore!

Benjamin’s talk focused on maximizing the value of and for external stakeholders in entrepreneurial education, highlighting innovative strategies for integrating industry insights and practical experiences into the academic realm. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and external partners to enrich the learning experience for students, preparing them for real-world entrepreneurial challenges. His insights were well-received by the audience, underscoring the growing emphasis on practical, experience-based learning in entrepreneurship education.

Right after the conference, Benjamin headed back to Vienna to receive the price for Innovative Teaching 2023 for the course “Industry & Innovation”, taught by him and Dr. Jakob Pohlisch, at this year's WU Awards.
