E&I at Thammasat University in Bangkok

This summer, Richard Olbrecht (researcher and lecturer at the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation) was invited to conduct a one-week entrepreneurship course at the Thammasat University in Bangkok.

The course focused on the highly relevant topics of strategy, innovation and new business development. Besides classical lectures and interactive elements like group discussions or case studies, the participants also developed their own business ideas.

Furthermore, Richard Olbrecht also attended a research workshop on “Design Science Research” with Prof. Samir Chatterjee (Claremont Graduate University) and Prof. Peter Ractham (Thammasat University) during his stay in Bangkok.

Overall, it was a highly successful visit, with many intensive working sessions but also a lot of fun.

The Thammasat University is one of the leading business schools in South-East-Asia and the only Triple Crown University in Thailand.
