What is the most important factor to be successful as an organization? That everyone knows which goals we want to achieve as a team. Last week, the E&I team traveled to the beautiful town of Melk and spent one and a half days discussing what is important for us as a team and for the institute. Our guiding principle is that innovation has to be lived, which is why we are always looking for new and creative ways to improve the E&I Institute for our students and of course for us as a team.
