We are thrilled to announce that our colleague Milena Nagengast has received two awards for her outstanding dissertation entitled "Evaluation in Earnings Announcements: An Analysis of Their Accounting Narratives and Their Impact on a Firm's Value."

The Stephan Koren Prize, awarded annually by the Association of Professors of WU Vienna, recognizes doctoral graduates whose excellent research and academic achievements significantly contribute to the university's reputation.

The Dr. Maria Schaumayer Prize, established by the former National Bank President, aims to actively support the careers of women in business and academia and to foster research that improves the conditions for such career paths.
