Nina joined the Institute for Responsibility and Sustainability in Global Business in May 2024. She is a graduate from Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Vienna) and Ivey Business School from the CEMS international management program. Before her master studies, Nina completed her Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on Public & Nonprofit Management and Strategy & Organization. During those studies, she gained international experience at the Graduate School of Management in St. Petersburg. Furthermore, Nina obtained a certificate from the London School of Economics and Political Science in Public Policy Analysis.

Prior to her position at the institute, she gained work experience in the fields of sustainability and the energy industry during internships at the European Commission, the Embassy of Canada to Vienna and at a leading Energy Consultancy. She was also working as a Project Staff Member at the Institute for Managing Sustainability as well as a tutor at the Institute for Organization Design at WU.

Research

Nina’s research interests are related to the governance of corporate social responsibility, as well as organizational purpose and its influence on environmental, social and governance performance of companies.
