Sumon is an Assistant Professor in the Institute for AI in Marketing Analytics. He received his PhD from ESSEC Business School, France.

Sumon works on using deep learning techniques (like supervised deep learning, deep reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks) to analyze consumer behavior and improve marketing strategies. One of his main focus areas is understanding strategic interactions between human and AI.

He has presented his work in conferences like the European Marketing Academy (EMAC) Conference, the Marketing Science conference, and the 2020 AIML conference hosted by NYU, Carnegie Mellon University and Temple University.
