Instructions for Presenters

The presentations in the paper sessions should last a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by approx. 5 minutes for discussion and Q&A. Each session will be led and moderated by a chairperson.

The detailed program of the conference will be published on Conftool. Please check there in advance which session you are presenting in, in which room it will take place, and who your chairperson is.

All presentations will be held in English.

All rooms are equipped with Windows PCs, projectors, loudspeakers, and microphones (if necessary). We recommend that you create your presentation as a Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) in 16:9 format, as this format is best suited to the room equipment. PDF files are also supported.

Please bring your presentation on a USB drive. Arrive in the room approx. 10 minutes before the start of the session in which you are presenting to set up your presentation.
