Focus & Concentration – Video & Group Sessions for Studying Successfully

Wellbeing

The summer semester is soon drawing to a close, and June is exam time. Stress levels and expectations of ourselves are often high, and cognitive ability diminishes when we’re stressed. We may lose focus, get more anxious and miss opportunities to think creatively and constructively.

But that doesn't have to be the case. You can learn to increase your level of concentration and consciously direct your attention to be more resilient and efficient in stressful moments.

Group activities in June:

Video "Concentration Excercise" (in German)
