Professor Tracy A. Kaye from Seton Hall Law School holds the Fulbright chair for the fall semester at the Institute and specializes in U.S., international, European, and comparative tax law. Internationally, she is known for her comparative work on tax avoidance, tax discrimination, and tax incentives. Previously, Professor Kaye visited the Institute as a PwC visiting professor in the summer semester 2012. She was also a Fulbright Research Scholar at the University of Luxembourg, a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Freiburg, and a Research Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition, and Tax Law.

Professor Kaye is Vice-President-Academia of IFA-USA. She earned her J.D. at the Georgetown University Law Center, an M.S. in Taxation at DePaul University and a B.S. in Accountancy at the University of Illinois. Previously, she worked as a tax legislative advisor for a U.S. Senator who was a member of the Senate Finance Committee and for EY in Chicago, Boston, and Washington D.C.
