On Monday, May 13th, the NPO Forum took place at WU. By merging the NPO Congress of the Controller Institute with the NPO Day of the NPO Competence Center of WU Vienna, a platform was initiated on which NPOs, public administration, foundations and social enterprises can exchange ideas and network.

The participants, keynote speakers, panelists and lecturers examined six hot topics - in the morning in two keynotes and a panel discussion, and in the afternoon in nine lectures in three sub-streams (Innovation and AI, New Cooperations and Governance & Management):

• From permanent crisis to positive shaping of the future: Ways to deal constructively with current issues.

• NPOs as a driving force for the common good: How nonprofit organizations can strengthen the common good as bearers of "radical hope".

• Collaboration for pressing challenges: Climate change, sustainability, energy, polarization and democracy require cross-sector collaboration.

• New approaches to solutions: Innovations for current challenges, such as artificial intelligence, new governance models and new work.

• Transformation of social business, nonprofit and public sector: How social enterprises, nonprofit organizations and public institutions are repositioning themselves and working together.

• New management and governance systems: Which tools can help to overcome the challenges and transform the sectors.
