FACILITATE INNOVATION

All you neet to know about the conception and facilitation of meetings, workshops and events

The Facilitation Track is a 4-day format where participants learn the required know-how and skills to design and facilitate workshops and other outcome-driven gatherings and meetings. The programme is an interactive mix of inputs, skills sharing, co-creation and exchange of best practices.

External experts in the field of facilitation will share their tips and tricks on how to improve your personal facilitation skills. What our participants say about the Facilitation Track

Participating in the Facilitation Track was incredibly educational for me. Takeaways for me were how important a safe space and good preparation are, but at the same time to also react flexibly to the respective situation. Other highlights for me were, for example, an improvisation workshop, changing cool locations, the cross-departmental exchange and inspiring coaches. And the best thing is: after the Facilitation Track, we continued to learn from each other through the exchange in open sessions.

Stefanie List // Software Development & Human Resources

I find the goal-oriented design of interactions an immensely important skill, since we spend a large amount of our time in meetings, workshops, work group sessions, etc.. In order to be able to plan and execute these different formats more consciously and with more energy and better results, I received many valuable impulses and practice opportunities in the Facilitation Track. Most importantly, it also helped me to overcome possible concerns or inhibitions and really get into practical application. I highly recommend attending to anyone who wants to get more out of their meetings.

Alexander Mingst // Personnel Development

The Facilitation Track was the perfect opportunity for me to gain new skills in workshop design and facilitation. The protected and open atmosphere as well as the exchange with colleagues from other departments enabled me to deepen and expand my competencies as well as to try out methods and gain practical experience. I left the Facilitation Track inspired and with a well-filled method case.
