Research Interests

My research broadly focuses on topics connecting digital technologies and organizations. In this context, I am particularly interested in the strategies that lie behind successful digital transformations, the role of digital technologies in crisis situations, as well as the cybersecurity of organizations (especially from a regulatory perspective). My interests can be connected but are not limited to the following areas:

  • Digital resilience of organizations and its temporal implications

  • Digital transformation strategies and the impact of emergent technologies on their success

  • Dynamic IT capabilities and Intellectual capital of organizations

  • Cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and their connection to academic work

The research methods I mainly work with are:

  • Qualitative research methods (case studies): Denny Gioia and Ann Langley analyses

  • Systematic literature reviews and content mapping
