DDr. Doris Schneeberger

Doris Schneeberger has been a Research Associate at the Institute for Change Management and Management Development at the Vienna University of Economics and Business since 2019. Her research focuses on the role of nonhuman animals in organizations, integrating topics from organizational studies, animal ethics, psychoanalysis, and the ethics of artificial intelligence (AI). She has completed research stays in Washington D.C., Princeton, Paris, Basel, Oslo, and Kingston. In addition, she is the founder of the NGO "Transfarmation Austria," which supports agricultural businesses in transitioning to sustainable, plant-based production methods.
