Cold Plunge Workshop - Journey through the Cold

Cold plunging! You've heard about it countless times but haven't dared to try it yet? Or you are already experienced and want to learn new breathing exercises? Then the workshop is the place to be! We'll show you how to control your body and breath before and during the experience so that you can truly enjoy the cold water, and how to properly warm up afterwards.

When: from 3pm to 8pm, starting every 40 minutes

How: come by and reserve a spot, we work on a first reserved basis

What to bring: swimwear, a towel, and excitement
