The Skill Sessions is a series of independent one-hour embodiment trainings where you can learn practical body-based exercises that help you hone human skills and abilities that support you different life and study contexts. 

ContextIf we are able to distinguish between efficiency and effectiveness, this offers us insight into which actions are relevant and expedient, and what only "costs you energy" but brings neither satisfaction nor success.
Skills & Goals
  • Gain clarity if an action/activity is relevant and expedient
  • Identify your posture/attitude when you take an action
    (from a state of centeredness or a reactive "stress" state)
  • Playful exploration of the guiding principle "Easy is right".
