On November 24^th, 2020, the Institute for Organization Studies and the Department of Management welcomed Prof. Anna Grandori (Bocconi University) for a virtual guest lecture on "constitutionalizing the corporation".

In her talk, she revisits the nature of the corporation as a particular type of ‘societas’, connecting it with the theory of the firm and to other perspectives that can usefully be integrated with the economics, organization and management of the firm, such as political science, constitutional law, and constitutional political economy.
