MEGA Academy starts into round four!

On 19 January 2024, the MEGA Academy entered its fourth round with a kick-off and leadership circle.

The MEGA Academy is a cooperation project between the WU Social Entrepreneurship Center and the MEGA Bildungsstiftung. This year, 15 innovative educational projects and initiatives will be supported in the realisation of their growth plans by means of know-how and networking opportunities.

The MEGA projects will be supported with several programmes this year:

Leadership Circle: The Leadership Circle is specially designed for founders or members of the first management level of the respective initiatives. As part of two modules, the Leadership Circle provides space and time to further develop one's own leadership skills.
Capacity Labs: The Capacity Labs focus on building scaling expertise and management skills.
In addition, each initiative has the opportunity to take advantage of specialist coaching sessions to exchange ideas with experts on topics such as tax law, social media, community building and much more.
