Alexandra Kunesch studied law and history at the University of Vienna. Study, research and internship programmes took her to Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Paris and Oxford. After completing her studies, Alexandra Kunesch worked as a university assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law and wrote her dissertation on "Prejudiciality in the Judicature of the Constitutional Court". She then worked at the Vienna Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court. Alexandra Kunesch has been a post doc assistant at the Institute for Constitutional and Administrative Law since 2019. In her research, she focuses primarily on the fundamental rights aspects of the use of AI.
