For the second time, our team member Birgit was invited to deliver a session at the Summer School of Environmental Law at Masaryk University, Brno (Czech Republic). This year, Birgit used the so-called Third Runway case at Vienna International Airport to talk about the identification and balancing of public interests in environmental law. In an inspiring discussion, the eager diploma students shared with her their views on the role of the law in defining and ensuring public interests such as climate protection.
