Welcome to our new members at the Department

It is a great pleasure to announce that we have a number of people who have started their positions in our Department!

We are very pleased to welcome our new members to the Department.

Ana Lucia Abeliansky, Tingmingke Lu, and Daniela Rroshi have started their Assistant-Professor positions at the Department. Ana Lucia Abeliansky has joined us from the "Macroeconomics and Development" group at the University of Göttingen. In her work, she deals with macroeconomic implications of technological change, demography and economic growth. Tingmingke Lu joins us from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala. He is a micro-econometrician working on topics in energy and environmental economics, and IO. Daniela Rroshi recently completed her PhD at WU and was promoted to assistant professor; we congratulate. Daniela works on topics in IO and applied econometrics.

Lukas Brunninger, Lydia Dimitrakopoulou, Oscar Fernandez, Francesco Scarazzato, and Zhenyi Wang have joined the Department as our new 2021 PhD-cohort.
