General goal:

Development and implementation of a life-long learning model for sustainable improvement of the vocational and entrepreneurial competences of students and graduates through entrepreneurship education and

  • consulting at

  • universities and

  • vocational schools

in cooperation with further training academies, regional chambers of commerce and ministries of education in Russia and Ukraine.

Specific goals

  1. Implementation and improvement of entrepreneurship education of students from different programs (economics and business, engineering, foreign languages, etc.) at universities with a workload of 20 ECTS

  2. Implementation and improvement of entrepreneurship education of students with different specializations (economics and business, engineering, foreign languages, etc.) at vocational schools to an amount of 4 hours per week

  3. Implementation and reorganization of consulting centers at universities in cooperation with chambers of commerce for graduates planning to found an enterprise

  4. Implementation and reorganization of consulting centers at vocational schools in cooperation with chambers of commerce for graduates planning to found an enterprise

  5. Further training of teachers from vocational schools aiming at improving both their factual knowledge and competences in didactics of entrepreneurship education

  6. Further training of university lecturers aiming at improving their competences in business didactics during the project’s further training meetings and consulting workshops as well as on further training seminars at the partner universities

Output

  1. Curricula and learning materials for entrepreneurship education at universities and implementing entrepreneurship education courses with 275 students at 8 universities in RU and UA

  2. Curricula and learning materials for entrepreneurship education at vocational schools and implementing entrepreneurship education courses with 400 students in RU and UA

  3. Providing advice to graduates who want to found an enterprise at 8 universities in RU and UA

  4. Providing advice to graduates who want to found an enterprise at 10 vocational schools in RU and UA

  5. Further training programs for teachers from vocational schools with a workload of 500 hours and implementing the courses with 60 teachers

  6. Further training of 90 university lecturers
