On 4 July 2024 at 7 pm in the bookstore o*books, cultural scientist, migration researcher and author Judith Kohlenberger will present her new book "Grenzen der Gewalt. Wie Außengrenzen ins Innere wirken" (published by Leykam Verlag). The Vienna-based author travelled to the physical (and psychological) borders of Europe and spoke to refugee aid workers, lawyers, border police officers, pathologists and conscripts. She reports on the violence that no longer only affects those seeking protection, but has already found its way into our societies.
