134th Meeting of the AKEIÜ

On Friday, October 11th, 2024, the 134th meeting of the AKEIÜ, the working group “Externe und Interne Überwachung der Unternehmung“ der Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft für Betriebswirtschaft e.V., took place at the WU Campus in Vienna.

The working group aims to discuss the interaction of the various elements of corporate governance and to help shape it, for example by formulating best practices. The development of the regulatory framework is also actively monitored.

As part of her work at the Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft für Betriebswirtschaft e.V. Prof. Dr. Anne d'Arcy is academic chairperson of the working group for Externe und Interne Überwachung der Unternehmung (AKEIÜ).
