We are excited to announce that Thorsten Grohsjean, Assistant Professor at Bocconi University in Milan, will be in Vienna next week to meet the “Headquarters in Austria” team and discuss a potential collaboration on the topic of corporate-startups collaborations with Chiara Fabrizi and Valentina Wieltsch.

During his visit at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, he will give a research talk on “The unintended consequences of employees´ extra-organizational affiliations on intra-organizational cooperation”. The talk will take place on Thursday, 12.05.2022, 12:00-13:15 pm in the room D4.0.127 at WU Vienna, participation is possible without prior registration.

Thorsten Grohsjean is Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University in Milan. His research, published among others in Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal, deals with the challenges of knowledge and skill acquisitions, as well as with individual and group problem solving & innovation. Before joining Bocconi University he worked as Research Associate at Imperial College London and as Junior-Professor at LMU Munich where he also received his PhD.
