Our PhD candidates Nikolas Kuschnig and Lukas Vashold investigate the erosion of deforestation interventions in Brazil with colleagues at the University of Oxford. They find that enforcement of environmental policies has recently become ineffective, and their resilience must be considered for the sustained protection of forests.
