Iulia Marginean is visiting the department until July 14. Iulia is a PhD candidate at CICERO Center for International Climate Research and University of Oslo in Norway.

She does research on the negative impacts of climate change on human health, working at the interface of climate science, epidemiology and demography.

Her work relies on high-resolution climate modeling and the analysis of health and demographic data for local climate risk assessments.

She will present her work on July 12 at a workshop on Climate Change, Mobility and Vulnerable Populations.
